My brother got married at Estates of Sunnybrook and it was lovely.  Very elegant and beautiful, and the staff were gracious and efficient.  If we were getting married in Canada, I’d definitely be looking there or for something similar.

The food was great too.  Lots of greats apps at ccocktail hour, including some you don’t see very often.  Really good plated meal.  I saved our menu as a souvenir, and I found it for you.  I don’t know if they still have these items, but they were really nice so if the chef is the same then you’ll do very well there.

They had a kale and mixed greens salad with roasted pumpkin, and then a choice of blackened rainbow trout (I had this – it was excellent), braised short ribs (FH had these and liked them a lot) or wild mushroom risotto.

I would highly recommend the place!

Have you considered Roseville Estate, I did not see it on your list. I was at a wedding there last summer this place is beautiful, and the food is great. I highly recommend you look at this place
