No true aversions yet but I feel like NOTHING appeals to me. I literally don’t want to eat anything

I can’t eat anything milky: no milk, no ice cream, no yogurt, no sour cream, no pudding… oh god pudding *shudder* My first trimester, everything was gross. It took till 14 weeks for me to get to a point that I could eat salad and substantial meals. I can’t have any ranch dressing though… only oil and vinager based dressings.

I tend to eat a lot of fruit, salad, cereal and beef of all things. I can stomach chicken but I just cant be near it when its cooking. The whole “all food is gross” thing does fade (hopefully) but some aversions stay forever. Milky foods are still out.

I ditched yogurt too. It made me feel sick. Now I’m 18 weeks and just started eating it again a couple weeks ago. I was off meat for awhile too – especially chicken. I have not been able to eat eggs either but I can’t say I’m normally a huge fan but do eat them on occassion. Thankfully, most food aversions are a thing of the past and I’m back to my healthy ways!

My food adversions change daily… it’s never consistent. But carbs go down the easiest for sure but I get nauseous when I don’t have protein. It sucks…

@quierajen:  I would have died if tomatoes made me sick. They are a staple every day for me. oh man…

I LOVE homemade soft tacos now too! It’s crazy we have some of the same cravings!!!

@lolita39:  Haha, that’s crazy! My soft tacos had to be ground beef, with lettuce, a specific salsa, sour cream and guacamole. Mmmm.

Now I have a thing for crunchy chicken tacos which I’ve never liked before.

My biggest food aversion has been tea and coffee. I use to drink 1 coffee and 1 tea a day but now cannot stand the sight of it. I can’t even drink from a teacup or mug without gagging.

Before pregnancy i absolutely hated tomato sauce, now i put it on everything.

I dislike EVERYTHING. I can only consume chicken with a straight face. Off and on I will have a day where I can eat something that I am otherwise averted to. But those days are few and far between. I can’t wait for this to be over. Cry
