Pile of apples? Cupcake stand?

I had a friend who used bottles of wine as their centerpieces- that was a hit!

I saw one that had pies arranged on table (2 or 3) on pretty stands, it looked great and delicious!

Here’s a nice link, rustic and budget friendly!

You could also do something like sparkling cider or italian soda bottles with big bows on them, even make personal labels- this could serve not only as refreshments during the reception, but your favors and/or seating markers πŸ™‚ Like this!

I saw a photo where someone had individual cakes on each table instead of one big wedding cake.  The cake served as both the wedding cake and the table centerpieces.

Here are my centerpieces I am doing in May.  I think they will make for a cute, different idea.  PLus, they are SO MUCH cheaper than doing flowers!  YIPEE!

Yep- you’d have a lot of apples left over! You or someone else could take them home and make some pies, or can some applesauce to keep!

You can always donate the food items to a shelter who would be super happy to have them as fruit tends to be a huge a expense and that doesn’t get donated often.

I contemplated doing smaller 2 tiered cakes with a really simple monogram design on a cake stand at every table and then naming the tables after the flavor of cake inside.  Darling Husband and I would have cut a smaller one as well and the venue would then serve the one’s on the table as that tables cake.

I LOVE using a cake at everytable, you can have a different one (flavor, decorations etc.) Go goodwill and thrift store shopping for cheap cake plates/stands and get the cakes from your local supermarkets,  have signs that can double as table (numbers?).  Example mr & mrs smith red velvet table, mr and mrs jones choclate marble table.

I originally wanted to do fruit tables (and use the different types of fruit instead of table names or numbers. But then I changed my mind.

I like them, but they look hard.
