Hey, great idea!!! 😉

What about little mini pies or tarts?  Or even those old-school individually wrapped little pocket-pie things?  (do you know what I’m talking about?  There are cherry ones and apple ones, and they come wrapped in an almost wax-papper wrapper.)

Oooh, or petit fours!  Or piles of homemade cookies!

I personally like a combo of grapes, and some other fruit. That way people could pick and chose?

@cyndistar3: You could always have the big cakes bottom tiers be cardboard covered in fondant, if you really liked the little cake idea. Lots of people who want large cakes have the bottom tiers “fauxed”
