I know exactly how you feel. I am super hungry and craving carbs. I am already bloated thanks to my period, and I am trying really hard to be good this week because we are going out of town for the weekend and our hotel has a pool and I will be in a bikini for the first time since I had my baby- in front of my entire extended family! The way I look today people are going to think I am already started on baby #2!

Make sure you are drinking lots of water (green tea also helps), when you go to eat something decide if you are hungry or not, if not: go do something to take your mind of snacking: go for a walk, clean, have a shower. If you are, snack on fruit and veg or something that will nourish you. You might also want to consider adding more protein to your diet 🙂

I’m craving macaroni and cheese or a grilled cheese. Once I eat something for lunch, hopefully I’ll br ok!

Go for the craving– I found that when I lose the most weight is when I stop counting and listen to my body. The recommended calorie intake is an average– sometimes your body needs more food. Sometimes pigging out on the chili cheese fries is what your body needs.
