I have been reading different articles about weight loss, and everything states that you should keep a food diary. They also say that it works best if you have a partner, so you are more obliged to make healthy food choices.
SO I am wondering if anyone wants to start our own little “Food Diary” here? We can keep a little notebook of what we’ve eaten, and at the end of every day post here what we’ve consumed that day. We can also post if we’ve done any workouts, etc.
I personally think it would help me stay motivated!
Anyone interested in this idea?

I just bought a little notebook from the dollar store the other day that will fit in my purse so I can keep track of my eating. I haven’t started using it yet, but I was planning on starting tomorrow so yes, I’d be interested in sharing it here too!

@ForeverBlessed: I’m in! I use the site CalorieCount.com to track everything I eat, but I love the idea of posting it here and therefore making good food choices!
