What about seafood since it’s in Florida? Shrimp, grilled swordfish, salmon? You could do more tropical toppings like mango salsas — you could also serve lots of fruit chunks, vegetables… just think of food categories, maybe: meat, vegetables, fruit, dessert. Then go from there. Do you have any ideas for caterers yet, or are you doing it yourself?

Be careful of overdoing the meat if you are inviting a number of vegetarians…if they’re all carnivores, then you’re covered.
