Hi! Please help me make our food choices for dinner. Everything tasted amazing so we are torn and can’t make a decision. We want one chicken and one fish option, but there are many options within those. Please pick your favorite fish and favorite chicken. Thank you in advance!

The first one is supposed to say artichoke and caper sauce at the end and the second one is supposed to say Sauce at the end. Sorry!!

I wouldn’t do two heavily dairy based sauces even though those are the two that appeal most to me (though it might depend on the beef and veggie if neither of those have creamy sauces). So if you do the airline chicken I would do the salmon, not the cod. And if you do the cod then pick the Mediterranean chicken.
I personally would go airline chicken and salmon.

socalgirl1689 : eexactly this! I love salmon in any form. And you could put sun dried tomatoes and artichoke on cardboard and id be down with it.

I wouldn’t do the bacon one — lots of people don’t eat pork.

I would avoid a fish crusted in almonds. As a tree nut allergy sufferer, I could always get the chicken, but cross-contamination would be a slight concern.

Mrs_Beer : Airline chicken is just a particular cut of the chicken breast. Also called frenched breast. It has the tenderloin and first joint of the wing still attached.

I have never heard of airline chicken either – weird!
I agree with PPs about the norweigan salman and mediterranean chicken – those sound the most delicious 🙂
