Do any of you ladies have a KitchenAid? I have one πŸ˜€ I made a great pavlova with it, and some delicious bread items.

I never take photos of what I make (far too lazy), but you ladies are some serious culinary wonders. I especially need to stop staring at EnglishWifey’s brownies and Eckle’s beer crust pizza…yum πŸ˜€

I did just make a 7-cheese, pan-fried Penne and Cheese Dish (with Dubliner being the star of the show). And even without starting with a roux, it was still delicious.

All of this food looks delicious.  Yum!

I try to cook at home quite a bit, though my fiance and I both love going out to eat.  It really depends on the week, but I do try to cook on average 3-4 times each week.  I love making bigger meals so we have leftovers.

I don’t take a ton of pictures of the food I make, but I did happen to have 3 pictures saved on my iPhone of random meals I’ve made at home.  (Once in a while I take pictures of things I make and text them to my mom.  She does the same thing.  It helps us feel connected sometimes since we live 1000+ miles away from one another.)

Here are the pictures I had:

This was really good.  It’s a baked pasta with spinach, homemade tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella cheese, and chicken sausage.  It’s probably one of the most delicious things I’ve ever made, to be honest.

These chipotle rice and black bean enchiladas were also really good.  I feel like this picture doesn’t do them justice, but oh well.

We make quite a few homemade (or semi-homemade) pizzas at home too.  This one was a tomato, spinach, and alfredo pizza and it was delicious.

@amyinbrisbane:  Pavlova is the only thing I’ve made with my KitchenAid wedding gift so far!  My family is obsessed with pavlova – super easy, and gluten-free!

Here is the one I made last Christmas.  Year before that was a snowman.  Not sure what I’ll come up with for next year!

@bunnyharriet:  what recipe do you use for gf pizza crust? And how do you make all those things without sugar? Xylitol/stevia? I don’t eat sugar either and unfortunately xylitol and stevia don’t agree with me.
