I certainly would. Its possible that the FDA may say no, (1-2 days per FDA raw chicken in fridge) but realistically its good for longer. 

As long as it smells OK and not slimy, go ahead. I would and do all the time.

Plus, you are cooking them, so any bacteria should be killed.

Definitely! Unless they were bordering on bad when you froze them.
