You hear a lot about food trucks at weddings, which can be hired to do so many different types of food. Has anyone done this, or know of someone who has? I would like to know how it works. Is it good for an indoor reception, since guests of course would have to go outside, or better for an outdoor reception? My Fiance loves pork kabobs, and he gets them off the street a lot in NYC. Just wondering how this all would work.

I would think it’d be best for an outdoor reception, but there’s probably plenty of indoor brides that have done it too. I would schedule a meeting/tasting with one or two food trucks that have done weddings before (I wouldn’t want a newbie) and get an idea of how it works, selections, etc.
Also, if you didn’t want the whole meal food-trucked, you could do it just for desert or a late night thing, and then it’d definitely work for both indoor/outdoor.
Also also, date twin! Although I assume yours is actually a different date?
