aussiebride1 : omg, can I come?

Echo PP with 1, 3 and 4.

I love burgers and pizzas, but I think 3 + 4 should be top choices due to the variation in food which will cover more tastes and preferences.

Then out of burgers or pizza I’d go woodfire pizza anyday.

You haven’t asked this, but I got a few more dietary restrictions from my guests than I thought, so I would make sure to ask them well in advance, ask the trucks what they can accomodate for, and then direct the guests in advance to the truck suitable to them.  That way they aren’t asking on the day or lining up to find out nothing is suitable for them.

1, 3 and 4. All are delicious and , importantly for me,  have  vegetarian options.

aussiebride1 :  I think 1, 3 & 4 are the best of the options you have presented. But I don’t think they go together. Personally I would find something that compliments trucks 1 & 3 rather than going for a truck with a totally different cuisine.

Something like a pasta truck would compliment the menu better in my opinion.
