um, I had no idea such a thing existed, but I totally want to know the answer too now!

I hate peep toe shoes for just that very reason… my toes always peep a little too much, and then it looks like my feet are two sizes bigger than the shoes, even though my heels are nowhere near the back of the shoe!

….not that I EVER wear heels.

Sulli got it right, they are called Foot Petals.  I’m not too crazy about the tip toes from them, I don’t think that they really keep my feet from slipping forward.  I use the Dr. Scholl’s gel for the toes and they work the same.

Here is a picture of the Dr. Scholls cushions I was talking about.  They have the massaging gel and go right under the ball of your foot in the shoe.

You can’t get Foot Petals in a store, they are online only right now.

I bought a pair & they made me slide around more than when I didn’t use them! haha if you do try a pair out, make sure it STICKS to the insole instead of just relying on the pressure from your foot to hold it in place! That was $8 I’ll never get back 🙂

I’ve been a user of the foot petals for a long time! The anti-skid grip things to go on the bottom of nice shoes are great & the strap cushions too. I haven’t tried the ball of foot pads.

I used to live in St. Louis (I’m assuming that’s where stlgingko is looking!) and seem to remember seeing them at the Dillard’s at the Galleria. I’ve seen Foot Petal products at “boutiquey” shoe stores too.

Go to Macy’s, when I worked there we had all sorts of things that we would give to customers for free.

Just ask one of the sales people, and they can help you. I worked there about 2 years ago, but I doubt that has changed.
