Number 2. I’m not a fan of pave. Split shank is pretty, but I like a more traditional, straight band. As for the oval solitaire, I’m a RB and marquis and possibly pear kind of girl.

I love oval diamonds, I am a halo oval diamond gal myself. That being said I am not a fan of oval solitaires *GASP* I know. I voted for #1 overall as it is my favorite solitaire setting of the bunch.

Number 4 looks kind of like my ring so that’s what I picked!

If number 3 was a round diamond, I’d choose that. But, since it’s not, I chose number 2 even though I dislike diamond settings.

    ETA’d for words.

I voted for #2, because it’s the closest to my style, and I’m over pave settings, they’re all over the place right now and personally I like something a little off the beaten bath. But if you like oval solitaires that’s what you should go for! It’ll be all by itself for a relatively short length of time in the long run, so you can get a sparkly wedding band and a rose gold stacker, and if you want to mix it up in the future, you easily can 🙂 Maybe get one that’s set relatively high so you can have less of a gap, unless you don’t mind gaps.

I’m not particularly fond of any of them. Just not my style. If I had to pick, I’d choose the oval.

None are my style, I would only ever wear yellow gold, but out of them I chose the oval. I don’t like RB’s all that much, too common for me, and I see paves all the time now, like all the time haha! Plus like another bee said the dropping of stones, which is a killer for me.

I also went with #3 as I’m not a fan of pave bands. I actually like metal and I wanted to see it as a part of my ring.

I’ve never had anyone say that my ring is boring and honestly if they did that’s their opinion and they’re entitled to it but I don’t need to care!

@Claire324:  I don’t usually like Ovals, but I like that one the most out of all of those.

I am not a fan of pave, or solitares. I love that split shank! That is right up my alley! My e-ring has a similar v-shape to the band as well! Gorgeous…
