It looks like you haven’t ovulated yet. Be patient; it might take a cycle or two for your body to adjust to not being on synthetic hormones. I didn’t ov the first cycle I was off BCP.

It definitely doesn’t look like you have ovulated.  I think I’ve read that it is normal to have multiple patches of fertile CM (I know I sometimes do).  My first cycle after getting off BC was 108 days long and only ended  because after 90 days with no temp rise. She gave me Provera. After over a year off BCP, my cycle has finally regulated to being 30 to 35 days long worth O on CD19-20. It’s been a long,  rough journey.  FX that you get regular quickly,  but know that you aren’t alone if you don’t.

No O yet. Looks like you may have geared up to O since you had days of fertile cm but for some rEason didn’t O. keep doing what you’re doing! Oh and 20 min won’t make any difference in temp times so put them in.

My first cycle of BC was in September, and my cycle was 35 days long… and I ovulated really late (CD 26). Since then, I’ve O’d between CD 10 and 13).

I normally ovulated between day 19-21 so you could just be later than the “average” 14 days as well. Or you might move up a few days with each cycle. I was like that after BCP where I ovulated more like day 27! But let’s hope you don’t find out! 😉
