Since I had another bee ask me about my ring, I thought I would post an updated thread with details for anyone else interested in a moonstone ring. When I decided I wanted a moonstone ring, I had a really tough time finding one I liked.
Ultimately, I searched for and ordered a 7 mm faceted moonstone (approx 1 ct I believe) from a seller on ebay called moving_rock. They dont’ have anything up on ebay, but it looks like they do have an etsy store:
I highly recommend them. It was a great quality stone. Then, I ordered a setting off of Amazon that would fit a 7 mm gemstone and took it to a jeweler to piece it together. It turned out beautiful. Here’s some pics…

And the setting I chose (I would suggest making sure the setting is open enough that light can get through underneath as the reflection of the light is very important to the stone.
And here’s the final product when it came back from the jeweler:
