I think picking boys names is easier, but DH and I would both adore some girls.

I really want boys… Maybe it’s cause I never had brothers. 🙂
Our first (due in a couple of weeks) is a boy, but in an ideal world I would have 2 girls and a boy…or whatever, actually. I’d prefer more girls but it’s really, really REALLY not up for me to decide 🙂
More boys! Girls are way too much drama for me!
I wanted 4 boys but with the prospect of getting a girl we decided to stop at 2 boys.
More girls!! I might feel different let’s say if my first was a girl, but from where I stand now I would be really happy with all little girls.
I’ve always wanted boys – I think little boys are adorable and fun, and teen boys are easier than teen girls (at least emotionally – more trouble, though, probably!). I taught 12-15 year old boys and loved it; my best friends are guys; and I’ve always been a bit of a tomboy.
Fiance wants a girl So ideally, we’d have both. (Boy first – I think eldest daughters take on a lot more than eldest sons, so a big brother could be helpful!)
We’d like 3 kids. I’d like a girl first (like it really matters, but we’re just pretending here)…then whichever mix comes after that, I’m good with. I’d like to have a mix, but if we ended up with all boys or all girls, obviously we’d love them all. I just think that my brothers couldn’t have survived without an older sister ;-P LOL.
Girls, though, turn into teenage girls. Eek! On the flip, though, women (generally, not always) stay closer with their mothers than sons do, so that’d mean more possible grandbaby time with daughter’s kids. Who cares, either way, I love babies 🙂
I would love a mix, but I dont want more than 2 kids and really, it’s not up to me, so whatever the universe decides I should get, I’ll get!
