I found some cute and comfy flats thanks to this thread:
And here’s a link to the Crocs website:
I posted a review on that thread but I figured I’d post a new thread in the shoe forum as well! I hope this helps anyone looking for flats!
First, some pics:
I put them on to see how they felt and they are REALLY comfortable. Granted, I just walked around the house in them for a few minutes because I didn’t want to scuff them up or anything, (Oh, but they came with a cloth storage bag to keep them in! I thought that was nice.) Even so, I think they’ll be really comfortable to wear all day for the wedding. The only potential problem I might have is some rubbing on my heels. The back of the shoe is kind of high. My foot runs on the wider side, and these give me plenty of room. I heard the size runs large so I ordered about a half-size down from what I usually wear and they fit perfectly.
I am really glad that I had the coupon code for free shipping and that I was able to get these on sale. I love them, but I don’t know if I would’ve paid more than $45 for them (they’re on sale for $45). The materials are great, it looks nice enough to wear with a wedding dress IMO (especially since no one really sees them, and I’m not going to have pro pics of my shoes), even though the sole is out of a flexible rubber-type material. That being said, the construction isn’t *perfect*, but I’m really scrutinizing these shoes because they’re for my wedding. 🙂 I doubt I would ever examine them so closely if it wasn’t for that fact!
So all in all, I’d recommend them. Unless they look horrendous with my dress (which hasn’t arrived yet, so I can’t try them on with it yet), or unless I am just stricken with the urge to buy new shoes, I’ll wear them on the big day!
