Justin Timberlake’s “What Goes Around…Comes Around” came on Sirius this morning on my way to work. I always forget about how good of a song it is (and how good that whole album was in general).
Hearing songs from that time in my life is so much more weirdly nostalgic to me than probably any other time period. Maybe it’s because 16 is somewhat of a pivotal age – high school, driver’s license, beginning of more serious relationships, etc.

Train’s “Drops of Jupiter.” Ughhhhh, I didn’t like it when it was new and I definitely don’t like it now. However, that was also the year of Lifehouse’s “Hangin by a Moment,” which I still will totally jam out to if I hear it on the radio.

There were so many…… A Groovy Kind of Love by Phil Collins, Don’t Worry Be Happy by Bobby McFerrin, Simply Irresistible by Robert Palmer, and my all time favorite was Every Rose Has It’s Thorn by Poison – 1988
