(FORGIVE ME! I already posted but I have two favourites!)
My SO surprised me by building me an art studio. I never had enough room to paint and, in turn, my canvases and paint brushes were collecting dust. He and my mother (in secret) went out for dinner and further went shopping for an easel. When I came home one day he had music playing in the spare room and there it was — my beautiful space to paint. My SO proceeded to say “I want you to paint art for our home.” (Melt)

My dog! We both really wanted a dog for years. We would constantly talk about it, but just couldn’t get one due to our living situation. Finally in 2016 we bought our first house and before we were even fully unpacked he surprised me with my pup.
Other than my dog, probably my Louis Vuitton Neverfull MM. He had to go away for training for like eight weeks and missed our second wedding anniversary. He brought back the Neverfull as an anniversary gift.
And of course my wedding ring.

Darling Husband got me an antique (working) manual typewriter for our iron anniversary this past fall. I LOVE it and it looks awesome in the “library” (aka spare bedroom that I filled with books).

The best one was our cat. She was a stray in the neighbourhood, and a neighbour had made posters asking for someone to give her a home. This was about 8 months before we moved in together, and my current house didn’t allow pets, so he adopted her for me.
The one that made me realise he was a keeper was a handbag. When we first started dating, I liked a random picture on Facebook of a cute handbag. It had no details, no maker, nothing. He tracked it down and ordered it for me from the US (I’m in the UK), and surprised me with it when he picked me up for a date. I thought it was so sweet how much effort he’d obviously put into a gift for someone he hadn’t even known that long.
