I’d probably agree with guacamole.  I remember trying it once when I was younger and hating it, now I love it.

Quick pickled onion. I was 100% being tortured when I was forced to consume it as a child. I called it worms and told people my mom made me eat worms.

Guess what I now have on my avocado toast every other morning now?

I hated watermelon, grapes, and pineapple. Now I eat these almost daily!

Cheesecake! As a child I thought it was real cheese in the cake so I refused to try it lol.

I hated mushrooms, and beets. That’s mostly what I remember, also my mom bought Ovaltine(sp?) once and was like it’s soooo good, because she grew up on it. It was the most disgusting thing, does anyone like that here now?

I still hate beets though!

Reading a reply above just made me think of something, I read recently that you should use mayonnaise on the outside of your grilled cheese, I tried it and it really did work! Crisped so well and had a nice flavor (if you like mayonnaise), give it a try!
