Sansa85 :  omg. That’s amazingly extra😂. How could you cut it? It would break my heart.

It should be a crime to have a cake that you can’t eat.

This looks like a quinceañera cakes on steroids haha so I think the more intricate parts are plastic.

I’ll just throw out a guess bc I have no idea and say $2000?

If I were doll sized I’d want to live in that cake.

Sansa85 :  I mean, it’s so over the top that I’m in awe. I can’t imagine that costs less than $5k

My simple cake was like $850. I would guess at least $10k (Canadian currrency). Maybe it would depend on how much of it is real cake and hand made though. If most of it is plastic, it would cost much less.

Sansa85 :  shut the french door

“Prices for LeNovelle Cake’s elaborate creations start at $5,000, but the most expensive one they’ve ever made was sold for a whopping $500,000.”

um, $500k is a nice house (or huge McMansion) for most folks.

Sansa85 :  no I found it on google haha but those were the kind of cakes I would see all the time as a kid at family parties. I wanted one so bad that my godmother bought me a fountain for my first communion cake when I was 8 😂 my family was a little confused but it was honestly my favorite cake ever.

Sansa85 :  eh…it’s certainly an OTT look, but i guess it loses its impressiveness for me to know that the majority of it (all the architectural details) are just styrofoam. if it was all edible – or at least *most* of it was edible, it would be super cool and impressive. but from the sound of it, it’s basically just a couple of flat totally normal cake tiers with a whole bunch of stryofoam decorations on top. kinda ruins the magic to know it’s all fake 🤷🏻‍♀️ that said, there is an impressive quantity of sugar flowers on that.
