So just for “Oohhs and Ahhs”: what would you wear if you could just do a wedding “for fun” now? No budget, no stress (or drama), if you could just pick it and wear it, which would you choose?
I think I’d go with a Disney one! It’s so different from anything I would have seriously considered for my wedding. But I think they’re so fun and lovely! And I have a soft spot for Disney movies. Belle, Tiana, Elsa–those are my favorites. (For some reason I just couldn’t get pics to post of all of them)

A simple white 50’s style sundress and get married by Elvis in Vegas. One big (for me atleast) wedding was enough. Boo, I’m no fun. Sorry

I like your answer 🙂 And gosh- I definitely wouldn’t want to actually go through another one either. It’s kind of fun to occasionally “window shop” dresses now since it’s not an actual decision anymore!

+1. I feel 100% the same way. My sundress might be floral! Retro casual all the way.

Just me and my man, on a beach in Maui. Flower crown for me, leafy lei for him, sand between our toes.
I almost bought this dress to wear for our wedding. I always wear sheath or slim a-line dresses and I wanted my wedding dress to be different from my usual dress-up look.
I wore this little number:

I’d want a completely custom dress. I saw a blog post with this dress in it and fell so in love, I’d want to design my own using it as my inspiration

I love this one (though apparently it is pretty pricey!) –

For sure I’d wear a blush dress. I love them. They just weren’t around when I wed.

I would get married at city hall in something like this:

Before I read this post I was browsing Pinterest and I just said to myself… THIS would of been a perfect dress. (Even though my build couldn’t pull it off and I can’t see the front).

I’d go tea length and blow my entire budget on shoes.

I love all of these!
Love that idea! Oh shoes…
That dress is gorgeous! I love the detailing along the bottom and back
So cute! When I tried to convince my hubby to elope, I had something in mind like that, too!
I love the blush dresses, too. I wish I’d worn something with some color to it!
That dress is amazing. I especially envision beach or the middle of a beautiful forest and wearing something like that…
I have never seen that dress before and I LOVE it. So beautiful and the woman wearing it — it so stunning
I love the bling! That second dress especially catches my eye!
I think your actual dress is amazing on you! Definitely different from the “if I could wear a second” dress, but lovely — and the other I imagine would be absolutely perfect on you, too, and great for an intimate Maui wedding 🙂
I guess some part of me still loves the playing dress up days, and so this is a fun way to do it virtually 🙂
