Mine is 1.3 but 4 different jewelers thought it was 1.5. Maybe because I am a 5.5 finger size idk.

I think mine looks bigger than 1 carat, but I have teeny tiny hands!

Fun thread!  I might be the only one, but I always thought my stone looked larger than 1.4 carats.  Maybe I’m just delusional, but I love it, ha.

People often think mine is 2ct. But it’s 1.5 I have itty bitty fingers. And here’s my pupper.

Mine is a moissy and I have never had anyone question it. And I’d welcome it.  Not even the jeweler when I had a necklace engraved. Not all moisseys are cold splintery or icy. Mine really doesn’t throw any  rainbows but it’s very reflective. Perhaps it’s the cut and creamy color

Jealous of you ladies here in this thread! 😂 I have massive size 11 fingers, so my 1ct stone looks smaller than it is (according to the internet, it gives me the same finger coverage as a .5 carat on a “normal” sized finger haha)

I am loving stalking this thread for the big, pretty sparklies 😍

I just got engaged this weekend!! Here’s my .75 carat from Blue Nile, in the petite solitaire setting. My ring size is 5.5, so I think it looks bigger, especially in this type of flat lighting.

Love seeing the rings ladies! I agree with all of you, they do look larger than what they’re supposed to be! I wish I had that problem!!

My diamond is 0.71 ct and set very low. It faces up larger in photos than I had expected. My ring size is 3.5, and I am happy with the finger coverage in person. I preferred a stone <1 ct for purposes of practicality and cost, so I think I got the best of both worlds with the look.

My center diamond is a .60ct but with my somewhat smaller finger size (5) I think it looks larger most days! It’s cut so beautifully that the sparkle has always seemed to catch people’s attention 🙂
