I have a serious addiction to popcorn. Anything crunchy and salty. It’s bad. But, you can make it healthy and popcorn is actually full of fiber and quite filling in moderation. Not an option for a desk drawer, but lightly salted lays and sharp cheddar cheese is my absolute favorite combo.
I second peanut butter and apples! Love that. And I make my own peanut butter granola. That stuff is addictive. Almonds or a nut mix are another go-to, and of course fresh fruit. Apples and pears are my favorites since they don’t need to be refrigerated. Bananas if you’re gross 😂 Kind bars are a staple and always yummy too!

I don’t snack at work. I eat breakfast with protein, for lunch I have leftovers (always healthy), and then when I get home I might have celery and hummous to tide me until dinner. I don’t think it’s good to have this much prepared, processed, sugary food so accessible to you all day.

I usually keep dried fruit and fresh fruit on hand. I also like Larabars, sweet potato chips, and pistachios that have already been shelled.

I’m paleo. I enjoy Grillo’s Dill Pickle Spears; soft boiled eggs with a smear of refrigerated bacon fat (saved from the drippings of previous cooked bacon because I do not like ghee), sea salt, and black pepper; Epic’s Pork Rinds, and bananas, bananas bananas!

I have carrot sticks, snowpeas dipped in hummus. I cut the carrots up and put them with the snowpeas in little containers and take one to work each day. Its a bit weird- I love hummus so much- it could be my favourite thing ever. I probably lose some freshness by pre-preparing the veggies in advance, but I figure its still better than eating crackers with my hummus.
