I’ve been stuck on the name Lily since HS. FH has agreed to it. We haven’t picked a middle name, and probably won’t TTC for another year or so. No clue what we’d do for a boy.

We’re not TTC as yet but will likely be in 2019. We have talked about baby names a lot though.

For a boy:

We have 1 name technically chosen although the order is to be determined. I want Noah Alexander but he prefers Alexander Noah because he doesn’t love the name Noah. I still think I’ll win this one!

Other boy names on our list are:

For girls: we have no idea really. There are so many names we love but it’ll definitely be 1-2 of these:

It May likely be Elena Katerina or Adriana Elena. But we shall see.

Well, I am way past having kids, but my own son (who we gave a common first name) once said to me years ago, “I wish you’d named me something original, like Odin”

I immediately loved it, lol.  So for a boy name – Odin.  It’s Scandinavian origin, and it means Norse God.  The only thing I didn’t like is when I just googled it and babycenter tagged it as a “hipster name”  /sad

I’m pregnant right now with baby # 3 – we aren’t finding out the gender but we’ve had our boy name picked out for a long time, probably since we were pregnant with our first.  The name is Harrison, a family name.  We have two girls and for the first we picked out her name when we were about two minutes pregnant haha… the second one wasn’t officially named until the moment she was born.  I’ve kept a running list of girl names I like but for some reason none of them seem right this time around.  If it is a girl, the only three names I’m really tossing around are Ingrid, Pearl, or Marisol.

Girl names: Francesca Aurelia, Olympia Quinn or Rose

Boy names: Wyatt Alpheus, Owen Jackson

My fiance and I chose these names together. Aurelia and/or Olympia are names that I need to give to a future daughter or two lol.

My son that have from a previous relationship is Roman Alexander. I’m addicted to names. I have close to 300 names on my name list. 🙂

When you work with kids there’s always more names on the list you don’t want! Lol! We agreed on Roland because it’s not used much these days and it’s a family name. I’ve also always liked Clara for a girl and Henry is another one I really like lately.

We are so stuck on names right now!!

A boy would be Miles, Jasper or Arthur. Maybe Oscar or Hugo. We’d use all of them.

Of course, the baby I’m cooking is a girl and we’re totally thrilled…but have no names. We like Violet and Esther but can’t use for particular reasons. I like Edith as an Esther alternative, but not keen on Edie as a nickname.

My top contender is pretty out there, but it’s a proper, classic, correctly spelled, easy to pronounce, strong feminine name. I love it, but don’t want to forever be explaining why we chose a weird name…

I’ve always been drawn to boy names more than girl names. I like really traditional names mostly, but I taught a student a few years ago whose name was Thatcher and I absolutely loved it. It was unique enough that you don’t hear it often, but it was strong enough sounding that it could easily work for a kid as well as an adult. If we ever have a boy, the middle name will probably be Christopher. It is tradition in my husband’s family to pass down names (it’s my husband’s middle name and what he goes by). Luckily it follows the pattern of traditional names I like.

I’m 19 weeks pregnant with our first little boy. Husband is 100% sold on the name Archer. I also love it, but am only about 95% set. Middle name will most likely be Andrew after my dad, but someone recently informed me Archie from the comics is Archie Andrews…whatever. I also like the name Harrison. If we have a girl next I love Isobel, Violet, Evelyn, and Ada.

We have a Nora Jean and Calloway Brawson will be joining us in 2 weeks. We named them over six years ago when we first started dating. Both first names our my family names and both middles names are his.

Although we are most likely done having kids I do love the name Sadie Keen (gmas maidan name) for a girl and I recently saw Carver for a boy which I really liked. Oh and Jennings and Anderson. Lots of cute boy names!
