This is such a cool thread! 

My own nice thing has been that I found out that my uncle is getting the ability to visit my dad in a couple of weeks. Since they live about 7 hours apart, I have been trying to figure out how to make it happen for them at least one last time (both in their 80s). It happening has nothing to do with my efforts, but I’m just so glad it’s happening!

I have a job interview tomorrow! Nervous, but also excited. Plus, there’s a good chance my husband sold a trailer he built so we will get a check for $6k. Fingers crossed!!!

Doggy cuddles in the morning, where he goes out with my husband to do his business and he puts him back on the bed and he plops on top of me and wags his tail and we cuddle under the covers. He does sleep with us but at the foot of the bed most nights lol

Well, I finally moved more stuff into my new house and I finally managed to nab a rare game that I was wanting for years for a relatively low price (the lowest price I have seen for such a game) that showed up at my local used game shop.

I’ve been lonely lately, in a way that the majority of my friends now live all around the country and we can’t meet up regularly. So it’s usually me and my husband. But!

Today at the university one of my master classes was located at my previous workplace (I instructed there last year). Although last year was a roller coaster for me and I didn’t make any genuine friends (I thought), many people cheered up thinking I was back this year, and warmly welcomed me there basically. So I understood today that I actually had made friends but just needed to invest in a little bit more to get closer. I’m so happy.
