We have our Costco usuals: quinoa, almond milk, hummus, black beans, bananas (I freeze them for smoothies), oatmeal, cereal, Cliff Bars, chicken broth, salmon and boneless chicken breast
Otherwrise, it’s almost all produce: spinach, green onions, bell peppers, Brussels sprouts, sweet potatoes, tomatoes, avocadoes, etc. Then some snack-y type things like cashews, baby carrots and single-serve guacamole. I also buy a lot of canned tomates and other kids of beans. Shredded cheese, yogurt and La Croix sparkling water pretty much complete our usual list.

We like to cook lots of different things but there are some regular staples.
Veggies – broccoli, carrots, various peppers, onions, sweet potatoes, brussel sprouts, spinach.
Dairy – sometimes cheese, plain greek yogurt, almond milk, sometimes chocolate milk from the farmers market (guilty pleasure!).
Meat – chicken breasts, some sort of deli meat, porkchops, salmon, sometimes a roast or ground meat
We buy most of our beans and spices and things in bulk. We do buy a lot of garlic, olive oil, etc. Our farmers market has some excellent prepared foods like tuna salad, butternut squash lasagna, and different salads.
Sometimes we’ll get a treat! But we try to keep that to a minimum.
