yeah…another bee here with a very short torso. When low rise jeans came into fashion back in the late 90s/early 2000s, it was so nice to finally find a pair of pants that were flattering! I like the high-waisted look but I cannot rock it to save my life. They look like they come up to my neck :/ Bring back low rise!!!!!

I was in middle school in the early 2000s, so all those trends are associated with awkwardness for me. I‘m most afraid that those lace-up jeans will come back.

Also, snakebites. To be fair, I don’t actually know if they ever went away or if I just got too old, but they’re one of those things I thought was super attractive when I was 15 but now just think looks stupid.

Don’t know if these skinny suits and hi lo see thoughs are still trends, but I wantthem to die . Especially if the see throughs feature visible granny pants .

This monstrosity. I hope it dies and never returns.

Oh I definitely remember guys wearing them in the early to mid 2000… evilqueenkarly :

boot cut are currently back in for sure. Or at least where I live in Chicago.

When I was in high school and wore super low rise jeans, I always felt like I had to make sure my butt crack wasn’t hanging out when I sat down.

I don’t think they’re completely “out” by fashion standards, but I remember back in the 90’s-2000’s when literally ALL that was available were low-rise pants. I absolutely love the high-waisted trend and will be so sad if it leaves!

exactly. the fear of a crack attack was always looming and…it just…*shudders* I don’t wanna go back to those days!
I don’t hate the nails, but it just looks so burdensome and uncomfortable!
I definitely remember those piercings from the early 00’s! I haven’t seen those lately either…that model you posted is gorgeous though 😍

Um, did boot cut ever go out of style? I’ve been rockin them since the 2000s and they are in every store that I shop in.
Skinny jeans can go bye bye. As someone else stated only 5% of the population looks good in them…and I ain’t one of em. I hope plugs never come back. Ugh, they looked bad and smelled even worse. Cold shoulder shirts can go too. They make no damn sense to me…

low-rise lace-up jeans…takes me back to the most painful part of my awkward childhood lol

omg kappa clothing!! I embarrassed to say that as a teenager I kissed a fair few boys who were wearing those tracksuits!! They were the ‘it’ thing amongst the boys my age and $150 for the set. They were usually worn with the mushroom-esque undercut hairstyle or spiky hair with frosted tips 😂🤣😂
Honestly it’s really scary, my 16 year old female cousin turns up to family functions and is wearing either something very late 80s or early 90s.
I’m waiting (and dreading) for boxy and shapeless tshirts to come BACK again. I also think judging by what the cool kids are wearing today that hypercolor tshirts will make a return really soon.

my friend was a bridesmaid recently and they had to get their nails done like this. She hated it and she said she a accidently scratched her lady bits up bad putting in her diva cup😱😱😱
Honestly now after my friends recount of her sore scratched hoohaa, I see this on ladies out in public and my thoughts go to thinking if their hoohaa has survived a period without a nasty scratch!! 🙈
