I’m being a cowgirl.

Literally. I have to go help my family round up our cows and move them to where they will spend the Winter. No parties for me  πŸ˜” Although we are carving pumpkins and making caramel apples tonight, so we get to do a little to get in the spirit!

lori85 :  Since it is going to be our 1 year anniversary on Monday we’re going to spend the weekend being tourists in our own city and go out to eat πŸ™‚ No dress up for us this year but maybe next year!

We are going to be bride and groom Beetlejuice and Lydia Deetz. I wanted something somewhat wedding related as we just got married. Then I realized I have a red dress that is long and comfy and it would be easy to turn it into a couples costume. I will post pictures.

We’re going to a party.  I’m in my early 30s and we’ve been hanging with this group for, I dunno, about five years?  And it’s kind of a bummer because the parties used to be total ragers and now we’re all like, gosh it’s almost 11, better head home to bed…I still look forward to them but I miss the beer pong till 3am days.

I’m wearing a 1940s navy girl costume I got on the cheap on Amazon.  I’m not creative.

My sister is having a bonfire/party tomorrow night, kind of sprung it on everyone. But my fiance has to work on Halloween night, so I’ll take it. We’re just going to reuse our costumes from last year, which are Deadpool and Mac from Super Troopers. We’ll carve our pumpkins on the 30th and watch whatever AMC or Syfy has on.

sarahbc13 :  Me too! Still deciding on exactly what new recipe I want to try out.

Otherwise, Darling Husband decorated the outside of our house, and we’re hoping for trick-or-treaters because it’s our first Halloween out of an apartment complex, so we’ve never had them before.
