I have 53 days until our wedding and I would love to lose 10-15lbs! (Or 2″ off my butt)
I’m currently between 165 and 170lbs (forgot to weigh myself this morning after a weekend of binge drinking and bbq at the cabin.
I would love to be in the 150s somewhere (literally anywhere from 150-159 would be awesome at this point) because I’ve been stuck in the high 160s for a long time.
Oh and I am 5’8″

I started in April and so far I’ve lost around 25 pounds. I would like to lose another 25-30 before next year when I start looking at wedding dresses! 🙂

- Wedding: April 2016 - Granberry Hills
Great thread idea! I’m 5’8 and my goal is to weigh 136-138 pounds on my wedding day which will be 12-14 pounds for me to lose. I have 8 ½ months until my wedding but I want to be down to that weight by December, when I will be moving back home. I have been counting calories and working out. My Fiance and I are long distance but he is working on losing some weight too. We have both decided to work out 5 days a week without excuses, unless it’s something out of our control. I work out for at least an hour, doing 35-45 minutes of cardio and then area specific weight lifting.
Best of luck to everyone! Remember that no one is perfect all the time so if/when you slip up, get right back on track! A cheat meal a week is a great way to keep yourself in check, don’t eat two bad meals in a row, and remember that you cannot outrun a bad diet!

I have about 4 weeks to lose 4-5 lbs…. which for me is asking a lot (I lost 3 lbs in the last 6 weeks, as a reference). I might want to lose another 2-5 for the wedding, but I have almost a year for that. I do T25 five times per week, walk my dog twice a day (2 x 20 minutes–though that will increase as her surgery heals back to 2 x 1 hour), and watch my food intake (I eat according to my dietitians recommendations.. I used to eat less, but I didn’t lose any weight doing so).

I want to lose 8-10 in the next 50 days lol. Really hope it happens!

I’d like to lose about 25 lbs and tone up and have about 10.5 months. I signed up for a half marathon and hoping that will help kick my butt in gear!

My wedding is in April and I’d like to lose 5-8lbs – I’m 120 now so around 112/113 would be great. Ideally all around my stomach so I can have an hourglass look 🙂 I’m doing a 21 day shred at the moment to see how much I can lean out in 3 weeks and if it works then I’ll just keep up my healthy eating until March and do another shred coming up to the wedding. Although I am quite grumpy due to lack of sugar and carbs but I know from doing it previously that that will go away after a few more days.

I’d like to lose at least 10kg until I go dress shopping in late October (so about 1kg per week, which seems doable) and then 10kg more until the wedding in July of next year. I’ve been eating super healthy, cut out all the booze and started to exercise more. Let’s hope I can keep it up…

My wedding is a while away – just under 20 months away but I have started my healthy eating this week and already lost 3lb woohoo.
I want to lose between 14-20lb so not loads but i think i will feel alot better for it!
Its hard to keep motivated but I am just picturing myself in my dress and not wanting chubby cheeks in the pictures lol

My wedding goal weight is 159 (5’9), but I may adjust if that seems unattainable closer to the day. I’ve got about 10 months until when I’m anticipating my final fitting to be, and I’ve got 22lbs to go. This might seem doable, but these last pounds are killing me! My year-end goal is 175, which will put me at 16 lbs in 2016. A propos!

Would love to lose 15 and get back to right when I started dating my boyfriend/fiance bod, our wedding is in May. I was just coming off running injury when we started dating and it was winter time/holidays and what did he do: take me out to eat & cook for me!
He’s a wonderful cook and likes wine/beer as do I. But when I was single I ate very healthy, only beer/wine when out with friends. He cooks healthy but it’s just way too much food compared to what my body is used to
