I need some new ideas! Here’s mine:
Workout during lunch. Even if it’s 30 minutes, like me. I save calories & money (eating out), and go back to work with a fresh mind and jumpstarted metabolism!

I try to have fruits & Veggies from every color of the rainbow each day.
Not only does it help ne not get bored in my healthy eating quest but it also insures I have a variety of different vitamins & nutrients that my body needs for overall health!

Hungry? Drink an entire bottle of water. Still hungry? Then eat.

Chew your food longer when you eat. It gives your mind time to comprehend that you’re eating and will allow your body to register sooner that you’re full.

Buy and eat foods that ARE ingredients, not foods that HAVE ingredients

High fructose corn syrup is in MANY other foods/drinks than just sodas. Check the ingredients lists.

Change your food pyramid: 6+ servings of veg, 5+ servings of fruit, 4+ whole grains, at least serving of beans/legumes, and if you like, 1-2 servings each of lean mean and low fat dairy.

Choose your work out music wisely. Use relaxing music when doing relaxing activities, use active music with the right beat to get you going on cardio training.

Iv reecently lost just under 3 stone…. only thing I did was play on the kinnect, those dance games are a workout on their own!
