Fad diets and supplements don’t work, it’s about making long-term lifestyle changes.

Make eating homemade food a priority, and if you do go out to eat, avoid the free bread and get salad/veggies instead of fries.
Track your calories and workouts or keep a food/workout journal – be aware of what you put into your body.
Don’t think of food in terms of “good foods” and “bad foods”. Food shouldn’t be associated with guilt.
Alcohol has a LOT of calories! Stick with liquor and club soda if you can (or don’t drink, haha).
Pack lunches the night before than you are not tempted to buy a lunch or be rushed to pack a unhealthy lunch in the morning.
Don’t eat till you’re full, eat till you’re not hungry.
for the love of god, make your own salad dressing! the bottled stuff is total crap.
Ooh and this one works well for me.
If you cant go for a brisk jog after eating a meal you have eaten too much.
Love this!
Be prepared. Plan out your dinners for the week ahead of time. It resists the temptation to just grab something (anything!) because it’s quick.
Sodas are liquid calories. So is beer. Drink water for the majority of your liquids.
