Eat food that’s bulky but contains few calories so that you feel full between meals (i.e. avoid snacking). Thinking salads with lots of different veggies and lean meat or fish.

Don’t eat if you’re bored! Ask yourself am I really hungry? If the answer is no- leave kitchen, do some activity for 10-15 minutes to get your mind off food!
