before you get annoyed at me, this two week wait is so hard and I really think I am pregnant. Let me know what you think
1. my period is due to start on Saturday (it is thursday)
2. I have extremely sore breasts (I dont normally with PMS but I did back when i took BC Pills)
3. my nipples are crazy sensitive
4.I just peed 4 times in one hour
5. I tested last night and tonight, both negative
6. I have been sleeping a lot more the past week
7. my boobs are full and heavy
do you think it is just too ealry to test? or because I am testing at night?

Isn’t having to pee very much just a pregnancy thing when a big baby is squeeazing your bladder? lol. Anyways, I have no clue about anyyyything but I hopeeee you are :DDD
My best friend’s sister was very very veeeery tired and sleepy on the first stages of her pregnancy!

agree with PP, increased peeing only comes with the baby being big enough to start pushing on the bladder. if the baby was anything, it is just a tiny ball of cells at this point.

AnaA: and ajillity81: ha, I know. I am not saying it is related. I am just giving my recent symptoms list 😀 I have no idea what its like to be pregnant..so….thought i should include everything 😉

Any idea how many DPO you are? I feel like that’s almost a better predictor of when it’s the right time to test. It does suck that pre-period symptoms are so much like early pregnancy symptoms, but yours all sound good.

AnaA: ajillity81: frequent urination is actually a symptom of early pregnancy as well, your body is filtering out a lot more (it’s making another human being!) so you will notice more frequent urination… At least that’s what I read and am experiencing and I only just got a positive test yesterday.
bestbuddies: how long have you been TTC? It’s easy to get every symptom under the sun when you first start out trying and not be pregnant, we’ve all been there so don’t feel bad. I was absolutely convinced I was pregnant the first 5 months of trying, after that you kind of stop symptom spotting and just expect that you aren’t… And then even when you are you convince yourself you aren’t. lol I just got a positive test yesterday and I still can’t believe it’s positive, even though 7 tests now have said I am. lol Good luck!

bestbuddies: oh and just for the record, I don’t feel THAT much different than I do before I get AF. PMS and pregnancy symptoms are basically one and the same early on… it definitely sucks.

You’re just as likely to have no symptoms as you are to have any, so that’s not reliable to me. Usually if you’re having symptoms you should be able to get a positive on your pregnancy test, I would think.
I don’t think it’s necessarily too early to try to test, it depends on how many DPO you are. Try testing in the morning.

bestbuddies: Before I got pregnant I thought I would have everything you mentioned, but I had nothing except for being tired and chapped lips, lol. The peeing and heavy boobs (even the sensitivity) usually doesn’t come before the missed period, but, for a few, it does, so you could still be one of those few. Wait until you miss your period and then test. Hopefully it will be a BFP 🙂

bestbuddies: I was exhausted weeks before I tested. I tested about 4 or 5 days before my missed period. All 3 were positive. I had no symptoms except total exhaustion. I was going to bed around 8 pm every night, when I had been staying up till 11 or later!
I hope you find out soon! 🙂

I didn’t have any symptoms before my BFP so I can’t really say. Only advice would be to keep testing FRER with FMU until AF shows or you get those two pink lines. Good luck FX

Thanks so much everyone! I tested this morning, my expected period start date (which is usually off a day or so each month) and the test was negative. I am 12 days DPO today. I THINK.I am still not 100% sure of my ovulating date, even though I have been charting cervical mucus. Boobs still very sore, exhausted more than usual, still peeing a lot but thats it. I have never had these symptoms before….
wandering_gypsy: I thought I had heard that somewhere but you never know what is true or not until you expereince it 😀 thanks for your information. Congrats!! that is so amazing! I am so happy for you and hearing stories like yours gives me hope 😀 I have been off BC since November 2013 but this past month was the first time we actually TRIED. The other months we didnt try around ovulation time. although Im still not 100% sure when I am ovulating. i know I havent been trying long but i want to start a family so bad I just dont want to wait!
kate02121: I was 10 days DPO when I wrote this and now I am 12 days DPO. took another test this AM, still negative, period is due to start today.
megz06: congrats! i also very tired the past week. Last night was friday night and i typically stay up til 2 am or so but i fell asleep on the couch at 930! and that is NOT me at all. I went to bed early every night this week. very tired. no other reason to be tired. unless its this horrible winter!
okqueenbee: congrats! I am also exhausted but you never know what that could be from.
xdaydreams05x: I totally had to google FRER with FMU ha! I learned something. thank you 😀

bestbuddies: Well, first of all you don’t know that you’re 12 DPO but I would count myself out if I got a negative at 12DPO esp on a FRER (Ive POAS a lot and have had a mc and chemical so have seen my share of positives). I would wait a couple of days and POAS again and you’ll have a better idea. BTW, the first couple of months I was TTC I was convinced I was pregnant.

the only symptoms that I had before my BFP was sore boobs…like SUPER SORE and that was more than a week before my missed period. I was also super tired the few days before I tested (I used FRER 3 days before and got my positive)
