🙂 It’s nice seeing this sort of post. Kind of refreshing.
Mine would have been MUCH cheaper if FH didn’t have to go with an expensive metal… I’m allergic to all the easy stuff. :-/ I actually feel GUILTY about it, like I made life harder for him.

@musician32992: so pretty! I tried on one like that before we bought my ring! Is it aquamarine?

Indeed, yay for nicely priced rings!!! I have a set I wear lots because I love how delicate it is. Love the rose gold band and flower center. Ring was $500 but got it on sale for $370. Wedding band is $200 but got it on sale for $180.

@Quickiebee: Yes! It’s my birthstone. My “real” set is going to be moissanite and quite a bit more expensive, but that’s why my SO wants. My new ring is $1100 and he told me it wasn’t expensive enough! Silly boy.

@Scintillante: Those rings looks fantastic together! I think I’m going to have a hard time finding a band to go with my e-ring. Mine was about 100$ and I LOVE it so much. It is silver, with a lab created cusion cut opal. I really need to take some better pictures with my camera, instead of using this silly cell phone, but here is mine.

My fiance got me this gorgeous 1/2 cttw engagement ring! He spent under $500 on it because of the sales that were going on. It’s appraised at almost $1,000! I’m super in love with it..you can find happiness under $600!
