BelliniChic:  then what else is there to be afraid of with an opposite sex relationship? If you aren’t afraid of cheating then why can’t friends just be friends no matter the gender?

I don’t mind cause Fiance has a lot of girl friends, but of course when I sense they are getting too close for comfort I tell Fiance. We are in a LDR so of course it adds a little stress. I just told him to not try to replace me even though I’m not there…

My husband doesn’t mind me having gay men as friends. He also doesn’t mind if I have male friends that I knew before him, provided I am not constantly texting them or having frequent phone conversations. He would not be okay with me having an ex boyfriend as a friend or spending one on one time with men I just met. Work male friends are also okay if I don’t see them outside of work.

My husband is very introverted and he only has male friends. I wouldn’t care if he had a female friend that he knew before we met, as long as she wasn’t flirty or emotionally dependent on my husband. I would not want my husband to have new female friends.
