I would never ever get a tatoo ever. But…if I did, I would get ‘love’ in hebrew on my hip and/or the saying ‘this too shall pass’ (also in hebrew) very small, on my inner wrist or on the side of my foot.

I have a cluster of stars on my forearm. The middle big star reps my daughter and the smaller stars rep the years I have been clean. In a few weeks, I will celebrate five years being clean and will add a fifth star to the bunch. I can’t wait.

Mr. Tattoo is drawing my left arm sleeve design right now.

Haha! Sweetrose – so have I! I actually like them, but I’d never be able to have one.

Miss Tattoo I really like idea behind your stars. I hope you end up with a whole galaxy’s worth!

I’ve dreamed of getting the Wheel of Taranis on my lower back next to my hip, but I’ll probably never get it. It’s the Celtic symbol for strength.

I have two tattoos and actually go in for my third on Saturday! The first tattoo is a large piece across the right side of my stomach stretching from my ribs to my hip. It is a music staff with notes wrapped in ribbons which say, “music is the sound of feeling.” I absolutely adore it. The send is a quill on the left side of my back and it has a simple swirl background just to add some deminsion. The third is a tribute to my sister who is graduating and moving away from me. Her nickname is Sunshine so I’m getting a sun on my left hip. I’m super excited!

I have hearts on my right hip, and “Love and Reason keep little company together” wrapped around my waist.  The SO has a ton, but my favorite is an oak tree that starts on his lower back and goes up to just below his shoulder blades with our initials “carved” into the trunk of the tree.

I have three and I’m contemplating a fourth in a few weeks.

I have a really simple outline of a running horse since I grew up on and around horses. They bring me great joy and remind me of my childhood. I have some script that reads “Grant me Serenity, Courage, and Wisdom” with a celtic tree next to it. My mother and grandma have always told me this in times I was down. And two dragonflies, one pink, one blue, that I got on a whim, and actually its my favorite I think.

I’m considering getting two black birds of prey, circling, as I’ve recently been going through a dissolution of my relationship with my step father due to his pure selfishness, and as I don’t have a relationship at all with my real father, I wanted to get something to symbolize the pain and death of those two relationships.

I would get a 4 leaf clover on my inner wrist. I still might do this.

I would get something on my inner wrist as well in white ink (a la Lindsay Lohan, even though I strongly dislike her).  Like “Peace” or “hope.”
