Seriously, DITTO. Man cave is the best invention on earth. Everything he wants to buy that I think is ugly? “Perfect for the man cave, babe!” Every sporting event I don’t want to watch? All those gaming consoles, games, wires, controllers? Man cave.

I’ve got the living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and den (my office/our guestroom).  He’s got the entire basement: rec room, 2 smaller rooms made into 1 big room for music, and his own bathroom.

The “Man Cave” in the house is our media room and it’s as much mine as his.

I so wish we had room for a man cave and then I could have free run of the rest of the house… mostly for decorating purposes 🙂

Fiance doesn’t have a man cave yet, but I have an art studio.  It will be fair once he has his cave.

The man cave gets all the mess, the paperwork that would have littered the living room, the furniture that doesn’t match anything in the house but he doesn’t want to get rid of, the extra tv, his nerd equipment. It keeps his odd taste in decorating from the rest of the house. 🙂

It’s hilarious, because my parents had a “kids wall” … a section of the wall where we could scribble as much as we wanted. hahahah same concept…

Fiance doesn’t really have a man cave, but he has pretty much taken over the computer room.

My husband has his man cave and I have a crafting room which he has nicknamed the “she den”.  We don’t have kids, so this is how the house gets divvied up.  Everything else is mine to decorate too.

I have a smoke free rest of the house that isn’t decorated with Army memorabilia. And I can watch what he calls my “trashy TV shows” whenever I want to.
