I like Jillians DVDs, but I get super bored if I only do them. Variety helps me stay interested and get results. I’m currently also doing Zumba, cycling, strength training and C25K. I would suggest mixing it up and keeping your body guessing!

I get bored of doing just the videos also, so I alternate days with straight cardio like running or the elliptical. 

I’ve also combined levels on the 30 Day Shred to get a longer more intense workout, so I will do levels 1&2 together. It’s hard to motivate myself to do it but when I do its a great burn!

Congrats on your weight loss. I agree that boredom is a major downfall of doing same workouts over and over. If you want to stay with her workouts, I would suggest buying Banish Fat Boost Metabolism DVD, it’s mostly cardio, high intensity intervals- burns mega calories. Also, Extreme Shed & Shred is good, it has 2 45-min workouts and it’s tougher than original 30 Day Shred b/c it’s longer, some move are easy but it catches up with you when doing for 40 min. My other favorite is No More Trouble Zones, it’s an all over toning video. If you don’t want to buy any more DVDs, combine the levels from the DVDs you have for longer 40 min workouts, plus add regular cardio to prevent boredom, such as running, fast walking, bike or elliptical. Just for reference this is my last rotation of her DVDs. I lost 8 lbs that month and toned up really nice.

Wednesday – 30 Day Shred – Level 1 and 2
Thursday – Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism
Friday – Rest Day
Saturday –Cardio of choice 45 min
Sunday – Extreme Shed & Shred

Good work on the weight loss!  I have almost all of her DVDs.  I don’t really get sick of them because I have so many — though I also really like her workouts.  Just get a bunch more and stick with it!  I’ve been doing her workouts for the past year, they work so freaking well. 

The killer buns and thighs one is great, too.  I got awsome results with it — the workouts are about 35-40 minutes and levels 2 and 3 are very hard.
