Nope. I got it in the same size as my e-ring.

Mine is a 3/4 eternity band, and one of the reasons we chose that option is to allow for resizing in the future. It looks just like an eternity band unless you look at my palm.

Yep! My e-ring is a 6 and my full eternity wedding band is 6.5.

My jeweler wouldn’t sell me different sized bands. He said they would rub together badly?

I think it would be good for the e-band to be bigger. It will be held in place by the e-ring and will be at a fatter part of the finger.

yes i got it a .25 bigger. But that was becasue my ering fit perfect so I wanted to make sure I could wear the band further down my finger closer to the kncuckle where my finger is bigger.

I think what @lovekiss: did makes more sense than having a ring that is bigger than your ering. After all, wedding rings are supposed to sit below the ering, anyway, so that would look weird to have it higher (to me, anyway).

@AshleyR83:  lol fair enough!! What about sizing them both big (same size) and having sizing balls put in the back so that the fit the same but the eternity band can be easily resized?

ETA: Your ring is beautiful, By The Way, it’s one of my favorites on the bee!

@AshleyR83:  Well I can’t wear both all day yet, as my wedding is in July, but I have worn them for hours at a time at home and I honestly can’t really tell a difference. My e-ring is on the tighter side and doesn’t spin when I wear it, so it kind of holds the wedding band in place.

Plus, I want to be able to wear the wedding band even when my fingers swell or get bigger with age, so going half a size up will allow for some of that fluctuation. Even if I just wear the wedding band (which I have tested around the house for a few hours) it doesn’t slip and slide all over my finger because it’s a lightweight, thin ring and gravity doesn’t do much to move it, if that makes sense.
