I was bored with the two that I have, and I am waiting for the 30 day shred to ship, but I found a ton of different options on youtube. I use my computer for workout videos (I have 5 roommates, so I don’t work out in the living room.) Anyway, I am not sure what other free resources are out there, but I did a great ballet inspired workout and will be using this again.

Also anyone who has Comcast – Exercise on Demand is awesome and free with your cable, they have all kinds of fitness routines from walking, weight training, dancing – and they are 5-60 minutes in length. They are also for beginners through advanced. They also change the routines monthly so you don’t get bored.
