We ordered it from amazon. We were luckily successful our first cycle trying but it’s hard to say if that came from the preseed or not (I was getting acupuncture, taking prenatals, CoQ10 and DHA; hubby was taking a multivitamin and Maca; I had been temping and using OPKs for 6 months so we definitely knew my fertile window. We also used SoftCups after BDing. I don’t have much chill haha). I’d heard some anecdotes that preseed could lead to MC but I’d  be hard pressed to think there is any causation between the two. Good luck!

I think it depends on what you need it for. If you’re just looking for a fertility friendly lube- it does the trick. If you’re having issues getting pregnant it probably wouldn’t do much for you there (sorry!) despite some people kinda of touting it for those purposes online. I recommended it to a friend and she got pregnant the next month but chances are it would’ve happened anyways (she was only trying for a few months) whereas I used it for years with no luck (and needed Ivf to conceive).

We got pregnant on second cycle just using preseed (great stuff!) and Mucinex. I don’t recommend using a soft cup after BD. His little guys can’t be forced to swim up there, but having great mucus can help.

I got preseed on Amazon but I’ve seen it at Target.

It took us 14 cycles to get pregnant and I’d say that the majority of them I used preseed because I had heard good things about it and I had already bought it so I figured why not? But I personally don’t even really like its texture as a lube and so eventually we just quit using it and it was on one of those cycles that I concevied the boy I’m currrently pregnant with. I don’t think it hurts, but I don’t think it necessarily helps either.

Preseed and softcups did the trick for us everytime, both I purchased off Amazon.

brookiebrooke93 :  After 3 MCs, you should definitely see a doctor before trying again. There could possibly be an issue that can be treated and corrected (blood panels can be run to check for clotting issues, blood sugar checked, uterine lining thickness checked, issues with your partner’s sperm). Some people say that preseed helped them get pregnant, but I’ve never heard it mentioned as helping someone stay pregnant.

I don’t think it’s really necessary, especially if you have gotten pregnant without it. I think it’s worth a shot in the same way as I tried a lot of things while TTC, but it’s nothing special. I got pregnant twice without it and once with it. All ended in loss, so no correlation there in my case. I think it works fine for what it is – a lube that won’t harm your chances of conceiving but if you don’t have a dryness issue then it’s probably not going to make much of a difference.

Preseed has been our lucky charm twice.
