It’s fine as a lube but I don’t think it will help with your MC issues. I echo that you should see a doctor.
For what it’s worth, we used it for the first cycles of trying, but didn’t in the one we ultimately got pregnant.

A friend of mine highly recommended it. She said her doctor recommended it and it helped her get pregnant with her baby. I have some (she actually bought it for me haha) but we’re not actively TTC yet so we haven’t tried it yet.

I took the morning primrose oil up until I ovulated one capsil a day. I felt it really increased my fertile CM. I normally don’t have a ton of that. I also drank a ton of water to help with the cm too. We used preeseed more because we wanted a lube that wouldn’t hurt our chances but I dont think it helped. We used it like any normal lubricant, we did not use the syringes to shoot it up there lol. We got pregnant our first cycle. We also did the Premom app and I did opk strips.
Oh and also, to be honest having sex so often gets old real fast haha. So we kinda needed the lube to knock it out quickly and move things along haha. We were also at the in laws for Christmas so we didn’t have a lot of time to waste if you catch my drift haha. So hard to fit it in when everyone is around! lol

I didn’t realize most lube was bad for sperm, and we always need it. So changing from regular to preseed helped us with my first. We’ve been using it for over a year trying for a second and I’ve gotten pregnant twice but, like you, the pregnancies haven’t stuck.

If you need the extra lubrication, then go ahead and use it (we used it a few times) as it’s one of the best compared to the other sperm friendly lubes, but it will still kill off some sperm (a small amount) and won’t help the sperm get to where they need to go like cervical mucus does.
Here’s a medical study that talks about it: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/24390681
Sorry to hear about your losses – I highly recommend going to get tests done. Most of the time the tests don’t actually find anything that’s causing the losses which can be discouraging, but if there IS an issue it would be good to know about it so you can get the appropriate treatment! I had 4 losses and my RE told me ultimately to just keep trying and that it WILL work eventually. It was comforting to hear that from him. I’m currently 12w+3days pregnant with my 5th pregnancy and so far so good!

But, if we have another baby, we will use it again – because, it’s worth a shot right?

Preseed is NOT made to get you pregnant. It is only non spermicidal lube. So if you have issues with low quality or wuantity cervical mucous then it might help, but otherwise it’s nothing magical that will get you pregnant. It’s worth a try since it’s only $20 but just to put that out there! It’s something I didn’t know till I tried it.
I will say using the applicator is super awkward in the moment 😆
