@eryka931130:  Is your skin oily or dry? or combination? I find clearasil the best for oily skin.

@eryka931130:  you need a prescription for retin a from a dermatologist. I have had that exact same issue for years. As soon as I start my retin a again it disappears.

This used to happen to me a lot…I second PPs advice to see a dermatologist and start a regime of antibiotics,bc, retin a. 

Another thing you can try is when you are showering, make sure that you wash your face AFTER you shampoo and condition your hair. I used to get bad forehead acne from not properly rinsing the shampoo off my forehead. It cleared up once I realized and started thoroughly rinsing my face.
