I’m not a big cake fan, nor am I very traditional … and I love beignets AND Cafe Du Monde … so of course, I vote for the beignets! Yummm!!!

If you are having a wedding cake and your Fiance isn’t demanding a groom’s cake, I suggest going for the beignets. They will be a more unique offering to your guests, and I am sure they will love thme more than having more cake ๐Ÿ™‚

Love it! Fun. Creative, Delicious. And less expensive? What could be better!? I’m curious what is holding you back from being confident about this decision.

The only downside I could see is that if I were a guest at your wedding, I would eat EVERY SINGLE ONE.

(So yeah, I like the idea.) ๐Ÿ™‚

People are usually happy with any dessert but the fact that you can have something unique to your relationship makes it so awesome. Def do it.

Seriously, I need someone to explain to me the tradition/ point of groom’s cakes. I am not trying to be rude, I just really do not understand. I dont think I have ever been to a wedding that had one.
