As the title says, I forgot to put an RSVP by XX/XX/XXXX. I ordered them along with the invitations a while ago because I had a groupon, and as I was trying to decide on when to have guests RSVP by, I realized my oversight! Do I have any other options besides reprinting? I did it through VistaPrint so they are pretty quick – hope to send invitations out by Nov. 1. The RSVP cards do have the wedding website, where I could put an RSVP by date, but I’m not sure everyone will look there… HELP!

i’d reprint your rsvp’s. you have time and it will make it easier for everyone.

Yeah, I’d definitely reprint. That’s a pretty important detail that you need!

I messed up on my vistaprint invites too, I called when I notices and they replaced them all with only charging me for the shipping. 150 cards for free even though it was my fault. They have great customer service!

You should reprint them. Another option, though not nearly as good and way less reliable, would be to print business card sized inserts that say “The favor of a response by enclosed card is requested by month dd.”

They do have really good customer service, see if you can get a discount. I would definitely reprint them.

If your experience will be anything like some brides I knew, you’ll have to track people down for their RSVP anyway. I wouldn’t waste my money reprinting.

I think you’ll want to re-print them. Not giving people a date to respond by leaves them wide open to either let you know, or not know, up to the day of the wedding!

I agree, I would reprint. Im not sure that people would think to go to the website to look up an rsvp deadline There is a coupon code on retailmenot.com so it may not cost you very much.

Definitely reprint or add an insert. Not everyone will check the website.

A friend had this same problem, and they did a little DIY label/sticker that gave the date. They stuck it to the reply envelope, on the back, under the flap. (Also helped them because they could give two reply-by dates, one for A list and then one for B list.)
