So I am mailing out my formal invitations this week, and my reply cards look like this:
The favour of your reply is requested by _______ 2013.
___ able to attend
__ unable to attend
____ Number of guests
my email address
our wedding website (alternative methods of RSVP)
That is IT! I cannot believe I forgot to put a blank for the names. I was so concerned with making sure the RSVP by date was correct (because I have an A and B list), that somehow this detail was missed.
What do I do? I am hoping people will put their return address on the envelope when they mail it in, but am afraid I will get a bunch of random numbers with no names. Thoughts and advice appreciated!

you should number the back of your cards anyway. if a guests forgets to put their name, you can match it to the guest list.
on the blank side of the card, in light pencil, write a number corresponding to a number on the guest list.

Maybe run them through your printer and put a nice scripty font with their names on the back? Use clear labels if you can’t print on them? Number them with invisible ink (so it won’t rub off like pencil lead sometimes does) http://coolglow.com/1/5118/5118/Invisible-Ink/16876/Invisible-Ink-Pen-with-Mini-Keychain-Blacklight/?utm_source=Google&utm_medium=ppc&utm_campaign=00-CS&CAWELAID=1792149181&”cagpspn=pla”&gclid=CJCB_5fg2bcCFcye4Aod0XoAzg
Just a few thoughts 🙂
