My groom has long curly hair which I love. We’re trying to decide if we like it pulled back or left down. For the engagement photos we pulled it back. His hair is a few inches past his shoulder blades so it’s pretty long. Do you guys have any photos with men with long hair that’s done formally?

I’m in the same boat – replying to keep track of responses
I prefer his hair down but it did look nice pulled back when he was the best man in his friend’s wedding.

My Friend’s Fiance has long hair (Rockers….) and he recently cut his hair to his shoulders (I am so jealous of his long flowing locks…that SOB) I think he may do a man-braid.

If it’s more formal, I would do pulled back (in like a man-bun), but if you’re going more semi-formal or casual, let those locks flow!

@michiru4ever: I think he would look great with a bun like this

I vote tied back or manbun!

My brother, for his wedding, used the male elves from the Lord of the Rings movies as inspiration for his hairstyle: half up, with some thin braids worked in.
