I love the allure on you!! I agree though that if you have your heart set on a dress that you must try it on before you make a decision.  I love the allure on you though.  It extentuates your amazing shape!  Plus I love how bold and yet subtle the lace pattern is at the same time.  Idk how that is even possible lol.

may2017w :  the allure is gorgeous! That said, it’s VERY different from your dream dress and even from the previous dress you thought might be the one. So I’m just concerned that maybe youre falling in love with pretty dresses instead of really figuring out if the dress is YOUR style. I LOVE the Allure – but I love fitted/sheath full lace dresses.

They’re all pretty and you look very nice, but I like the first one myself

I like the Pronovias on you. It’s more special! Though I guess it depends on what type of venue you have too.

If the Allure is the second one with the thin straps and the plain  flared skirt , then that one for sure!

I think Jim Hjelm 8558 would be the most perfect!

I love that Jim Hjelm, and it is very different than the other two. If you were just deciding between the two lace accented dresses, it would be whichever one you like better (on you). But what about the Jim Hjelm makes it your “dream” dress? If it’s the shape, then OK the other dresses fit that too. If it’s the beading or straps or the material or the way the flare has the tiered cut, then you need to get the JH or keep looking for something that is more similar to it. Because if you just like all the pretty dresses — which hey it’s totally understandable because they’re gorgeous and you probably look good in all of them — then you’re setting yourself up for dress regret later when something better comes along. Find the dress that really fits you and your style and your personality and it will be the winner!

bee- I’m sorry, I’m not saying this to be mean but…. I feel like strapless lace dresses with a sweetheart neckline are just everywhere. Not to say that it isn’t a pretty dress but I don’t think the first dress is comparable to the Plisa or the Jim Hjelm. ( I really love that one!)

Seriously, do you see what a lovely figure you have? I could spend 20 hours a day in the gym and not have a figure like yours. that said, if I did have a figure like yours, I think I would prefer the world to see me in a gown that is a little different to the many that are already out there and are commonly seen.

Here’s a thought….. try and Jim Hjelm and post a pic for the rest of us. if it ‘s your dream dress, then give it a try! 🙂 I love this gown and I bet it will be perfect on you!

You are one of the few people on this earth for whom a remarkable dress like the Pronovias Plisa was built. The Jim Hjelm is interesting and lovely as well. In all honesty, the Allure dress looks like every other strapless sweetheart lace dress I’ve seen on a thousand brides over the last several years – it looks nice on you, but the dress itself is just very typical and, in my opinion, forgettable.
